Refund terms and processes for our software services

Overview

At AINTALL LTD., customer satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy outlines the refund terms applicable to our software development and consulting services.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Service delivery delay exceeding 50% of the agreed timeline
  • Delivered software failing to perform essential functions specified in the contract
  • Critical bugs found in the project that cannot be fixed within 30 days
  • Written cancellation request within 14 days of service commencement (for projects not yet started only)

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Additional feature requests outside the project scope
  • Completed and delivered projects (except for critical bug situations)
  • Consulting services (completed sessions and reports)
  • Third-party license fees and hosting costs

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send your written refund request to [email protected]
  2. Include the reason for refund and supporting documents
  3. Your request will be evaluated within 5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your account within 14 business days
  5. You will be notified via email when the refund is completed

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • Part of the project is completed but the remainder cannot be delivered
  • Service quality did not meet expectations but was partially beneficial
  • Mutual agreement reached between client and AINTALL

Refund Timelines

Refund processing times:

  • Refund request evaluation: 5 business days
  • Approved refunds credited to account: 14 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 1-3 business days (depending on bank processing)
  • Bank transfer refunds: 1-2 business days

Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied or you have disputes regarding the process, you may seek mediation or legal remedies under UK law. We prioritize resolving issues through direct communication first.
